Russell and another team member came out for the cleaning, started with a thorough inspection, and discovered that the top of my chimney was badly cracked. They took clear photos to show me and explained that it wasn’t safe to use until repaired. Russell gave me a detailed estimate, and I scheduled them to fix it the next week. When it was time for the repairs, Joe and Manuel came out—they were both very friendly and did excellent work. As a bonus, Russell included a complimentary chimney sweep with the repair service.
