Trent was the technician who came to my home today, and he was absolutely excellent and professional. He was very thorough and took the time to explain each step of the process along the way. He also showed me a couple of issues that I would not have known and corrected them immediately. We are very happy with the dryer vent cleaning service! Jimmy saved us from being scammed by another company. He is compassionate and really cares about his customers and the service provided. He explained their service thoroughly and made us feel comfortable having his guy Trent come to the house to do the work. We were very uneasy after the scammer from ABC vent cleaning was at our house demanding $500 and not following the proper procedures. Jimmy helped me kick him out of my house, then explained everything in depth to both my husband and I. Trent did the job and we couldn’t be happier. He was very thorough, and he too, explained everything in detail. There were no surprises. We are recommending Young’s to everyone we know!!
Called and spoke to Jimmy after another company wanted to charge me $1700 to fix something in my dryer vent that didn't end up needing to be fixed at all! Great service, very thorough. Jimmy spent 30 minutes walking me through the entire process and explaining all the pricing prior to anyone ever coming out here. Trent serviced my house today, and he was very thorough, providing me updates with pictures to show the work that was being done as well. This is the only company we will be using from here on out!
The best, fastest, and easiest installation for a dryer vent I have ever had the pleasure of investing in. Was originally quoted 6 hours, got it done in half that time. The young man who did it was informative, understanding, respectful, and efficient. I spent close to $1000 but it was well worth it. Dryer vents can become an absolute fire hazard if not properly managed and the replacing the whole duct is highly recommended versus that cheap and hazardous vent tubing which is not safe whatsoever. These guys replaced that cheap metal tubing with a stainless steel pipe that runs up to my roof and now vents 5 times better and well above minimum standard for ventilation. They also cleaned out my dryer for $70. (Cheaper because the lent trap was on the top). He even informed me of the best sealing method they use when they tear out a portion of the drywall and replaced with aluminum siding which was cheaper and better pest preventative than the standard drywall screw in. If you told me I was ripped was, I wouldn't care because the service and respect that came with this process was both efficient and amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
