These guys were great! I called 5 different companies, and not only were they the only ones who were willing to work on my wood furnace blower motor, but they came out and replaced my motor in one single day. They even drove all the way out to Akron to get the motor. 5 stars!
Woodburners Chimney Sweep has done excellent work for me over the past two years. Two years ago, Eric installed a fireplace insert and repaired my chimney, and just this year, he came out to clean my chimney and added a chimney cap to another one I have. He is professional, showed up on time, and made the entire process easy. I’m very happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him for anyone needing chimney services in the future!
We had previously used this company for some chimney repairs last year and were satisfied with the work done so we called this year to schedule our chimney cleaning. We were scheduled about 2 weeks out. The morning of our appointment we get a phone call that they would not be doing the job due to having a metal roof. We had this SAME roof last year when they were here for the work. If having a metal roof is an issue, then this should be questioned when scheduling appointments so we are not waiting for 2 weeks only to be cancelled on the morning of our scheduled appointment.
I had no prior knowledge of our wood burner inserted into our chimney and these guys came out, inspected and swept as well as informed me of how to properly and safely use our wood burner insert. All my questions were answered, they showed up in the time frame quoted and were very professional! Not once did I feel like I was pressured into having the repairs that are needed.
We have used Woodburners Chimney Sweep for several years. Their service is great and their pricing is reasonable. They were very careful not to make any mess whatsoever. Eric also installed a chimney cap for us to keep any birds or rodents out. When some bricks were damaged on our chimney, he repaired it. He also fixed some loose shingles on our roof and a leak around a ventilation pipe while he was up there. We are thoroughly satisfied with this company.
