Excellent experience and service from Jay and Edgar. They went above and beyond expectations and I am so grateful for their work! They were very friendly and courteous as well. We had a pretty good leak on our chimney cap and these guys came early in the morning and replaced it in under two hours. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Not only did they replace the cap but I was notified of other issues that needed attention and they took pictures to show me. You don’t get that sort of transparency and honesty with everyone. The Wolfman Team is awesome! Julian did our original inspection and cleaning, he was very knowledgeable and recommended several options for our problematic chimney. I keep an eye on my neighbor, Miss Bonnie. Her patio fireplace was in DIRE shape. During our new home build we had a great experience with Wolfman when at the conclusion of our build we added chimney caps to our two fireplaces to complete the look of our home. To address Miss Bonnies dilemma I called Wolfman. Born and raised in San Antonio, my parents never used a chimney, only space heaters. 20 years ago my wife and I bought our second home and have used our fireplace several times a year. The last several years my wife would remind me that a chimney sweep and inspection was way overdue. There were some years where I would be worried about the possibility of fire hazard I was not aware of when starting the fire so this year I finally called Wolfman Chimney & Fireplace for a long overdue inspection.
