Unlike others who tried to rush me into a decision and kept calling, lucas was patient and gave me space to think about what i wanted to do. A few months later, when i was ready, i called back and lucas still remembered me. He scheduled my chimney sweep quickly, showed up on time, and made sure everything was spotless when the job was done. The price was fair, and lucas was friendly and professional throughout the process. Recently, lucas and his team also helped with some chimney masonry work. They did a fantastic job, made sure all areas were clean, and even took care to tidy up my neighbors’ yards.
