Tom and Dan were absolutely great! This was my first experience with a chimney service of any kind, and I would 100% recommend Vertical Chimney. Tom and Dan were very clean and efficient, and even took the care to put on shoe covers and remove their shoes after I informed them that the floors had been recently refinished. I also appreciated that they set down a tarp. They were kind, on time, and patient with my many questions. Overall, a great experience - I will definitely call them again in the future.
Do not use this company. The communication, professionalism, and safety standards are not up to par. We used them to convert our log burning into gas burning fireplaces. The company did not check our gas line before installing the fireplace downstairs and left us with an installed and not functional unit. No option was given for a return. They installed a defective upstairs fireplace that caused an Active gas leak in our apartment. We reported the leak and there was not an urgent response , resulting in the leak being active in our home for several weeks. We experienced headaches, nausea, etc from the gas leak that was left untreated. This company wasted our time and money and jeopardized our safety by leaving an active gas leak. The owner refused to call me and only communicated via text/ email and refuses to take accountability.
Our awning was just installed. We absolutely love it. Josh D and Henry did an awesome job with the install. Not only were they knowledgeable about the product, they were very respectful and friendly as they completed the project. Thank you so much for doing a terrific job.
Tom & Christian were professional, knowledgeable, provided excellent advice, and made quick work of our chimney and dryer vent cleaning. I highly recommend Vertical Chimney Care and these two gentlemen.
