Doug, Brandon, Nick and Chris did a fabulous job on our two chimneys. Our North Shore cabin was built in 1937. They took great care to carefully rebuild the chimneys especially the lakeside rock chimney. They used Lake Superior rocks we had collected for years to make it "hyper-local". It's a true work of art. Thanks guys for the great job."
We needed to have our chimney replaced from the roof up. I called 3 different contractors for bids. I didn’t expect much because it was the middle of covid and workers were scarce. 1 contractor I never heard from, 1 said it would be months to get an estimate which there was a charge for. We talked about what needed to be done and they called a couple of days later with an estimate almost 4 times higher than what I ended up paying. The 3rd contractor called me a day later, came to my house the next day, gave me a bid and said they could do the job within a few weeks. That was Upper Lakes Chimney. They were easy to work with, professional, neat and did a nice job. I would highly recommend . I forgot to mention they were also affordable.
Doug and his crew built me a new retaining wall and refaced the siding on the front of my house with rock last summer. They did a fantastic job. Everything looks great. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. I highly recommend them.
