I was long over due for a visit but I don't use our chimney often. He could of swept it and charged me and I wouldn't of known any better. Instead he just charged me for the inspection at a very fair price. Always an excellent experience! Josh is very professional, honest, and personable. He lets you know exactly what is going on and educates you to help you understand better. You can just text and he gets back to you.

This company was responsive, with good customer service. The fireplace hadn't been used in over a year so he came to make sure it was safe to use. They seem to have the best prices around and aren't looking for bogus services to sell. I recommend this company.
Wood burning stove has been smoking like crazy, no clue why. Josh came inspected chimney told me it was clean no problem, my excessive smoke issues were coming from other issues. He gave it to me straight, even though he couldn’t help with my specific problems he gave me a rock solid referral. Warned me about potential scammers and gave some helpful suggestions to mitigate my problems in the meantime. Grade A company, highly recommend.
