  Great air quality results from local professionals who take pride in their HVAC duct cleaning work. I admit being generally skeptical, even wondering if furnace duct cleaning was a "real thing." But i have to say the air freshness, technician professionalism and company communication were all excellent! There were no surprise costs, and flat rate for our 5000 sq ft home with forced-air furnace. Highly recommend!

  Really fantastic and thorough work. Kris is very nice to interact with. We had all of the ducts (vents and returns) cleaned. Very professional. Very careful and considerate. A lot of places charge too much or do a bait and switch. These folks tell you the cost on the phone and exactly what each service level involves. If you have a 3000 sq ft home, you shouldn't be paying any more than $300-400 to have a good job done. I highly recommend this company.

  We were experiencing very poor air quality in the home, which felt stuffy and heavy. We had to constantly replace air filters and frequently encountered dust on items. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.
