  I had my chimney lined recently and needed the opening moved from the front to the side for an upcoming gas boiler installation. The team did a great job with the work, and everything passed inspection without any issues. Russell and the crew were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to have a bit more information included on the proposal or receipt, especially about warranty details and follow-up service visits.   Being new to Alpine, we had a small chimney fire in our recently bought house and weren’t sure who to call for help with our chimney and wood stove.   After my previous chimney sweep retired, he recommended True Gold Chimney Cleaners. I also checked with a few other companies in Alpine to compare prices. While True Gold Chimney Cleaners wasn’t the cheapest option, their professionalism and friendliness made them stand out. Joe, the technician, was great to talk to and really seemed to know his stuff, which made me feel confident about choosing them. We had to reschedule our first appointment, but Joe was very polite and let me know ahead of time, staying in touch so I always knew what was happening. On the day of the service, he called before arriving and showed up right on time. Joe worked quickly but carefully, laying down mats and wearing shoe covers to keep my home clean while he cleaned out the chimney. He made sure to do a thorough job and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Joe even pointed out a spot in the chimney to watch for in the future and shared helpful tips about keeping my fireplace and chimney in good condition.
