I hired Mike to install a wood stove and chimney for my backyard sauna and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I cannot say enough about his attention to detail and making sure the job was done right. I was so impressed with his work that I ask for a proposal on another job before he left!
I switched this year to using TriState for Chimney Services and I could not be more pleased with their service. Mike and his company provide excellent, professional service, and at a fair price. Communication with the office is great and it was very easy to schedule service despite a busy time of year. Mike is extremely knowledgable, competent, and pays high attention to detail. The reports furnished were very informative and I was glad to be informed of some issues I wasn't aware of, for instance that the chimney crown needed re-sealing. I wanted this done while the weather was warm & dry & they were flexible and able to fit this into their schedule on short notice. Its refreshing to find a new contractor/service that does great work at a fair price.
We've been using TriState Chimney for our annual sweep for years now. They leave our living room where the wood stove is located spotless, and get the job done quickly. We haven't had to replace anything on the stove or chimney yet, but if/when we do, we will definitely use them!
Mike has cleaned our chimney for the past 5 years and when we called him in for a bigger job, we knew he would not disappoint. Mike is always very professional and his experience in this line of work is exemplified in his amazing work. He replaced our fireplace panels and they came out great! He ensures quality work, puts fire safety first and we truly appreciate his expertise! Mike is very busy but he is honest with timeline. I highly recommend!
My husband and I decided to pull the plug and have a fireplace insert put in. We asked Mike owner of TriState Chimney and Masonry to do the job for us. We are ecstatic with the insert and the efficiency he and his team worked with us on the installation and all that goes with it.
