We had a fantastic experience with Michael. He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and did a thorough job cleaning our chimney. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even gave us helpful tips for keeping things safe and efficient through the winter. The whole process was quick, clean, and hassle-free — we’ll definitely be calling them again next year. Highly recommend!
Zach did a great job inspecting our chimneys. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was able to explain issues and fixes. On top of that he is polite and personable. Will definitely continue to use Ember Keepers.
Zach did a good job. The only reason it is not z5 star: complaint was making the appointment. They need to remove the bot receptionist and just use voicemail and their lovely live receptionist. The bot does not know what she is talking about.
I've used Ember Keepers for several years. They are very professional. Arrive on time. After cleaning my wood stove they make sure that my home is clean as well. Never leaving a mess behind! I would highly recommend this company for your fireplace and wood stove needs!
