Michael was great technician. Communicated well, professional and on time. Kept me in the loop the entire time during inspection. With also giving me multiple options going forward with quotes on all the options. Very satisfied with work.
We received two texts from your company today, one confirming the appointment today and one letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived we asked him what did the name on his shirt meant. He explained that was the new name of your company. An email advising me of this change would have been nice!. Michael was very courteous and friendly and cleaned the fireplace. He also inspected the damper and closed it because the damper unit was bent and the rod that closed and opens it could not be attached. He will research getting a new damper or repairing the new one.i advised him that I will be leaving for the winter at the end of October. Michael represented your company exceptionally well.
Michael & Josh were the techs that came to do the inspection and sweep the chimney. They came early not just on time. Did a great job and very happy with the service that they preformed .
