  The team at this chimney sweep service in Glendale really impressed me. When I called, Raymond in customer service was friendly and made sure to remind me about my appointment just as promised. Marvin, the technician, sent a text before arriving so I knew exactly when to expect him. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting my chimney. I was pleased there was no mess left behind, even though chimney sweeping can get pretty dusty. Marvin even had a new chimney cap ready to install, which was a pleasant surprise.   Raymond came out to our home in Glendale to give our gas fireplace a thorough cleaning and tune-up. He worked carefully and professionally, and shared helpful tips on how to use the fireplace safely and efficiently. By the time he was done, our old fireplace was working just like new again. Raymond took his time, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. We will definitely call this chimney sweep service again in the future and ask for Raymond.
