Josh and his associate were professional did a great job cleaning my wood stove and chimney. They removed 2 buckets of bird nest material. I asked about bird cap to prevent nests in the future. It was a bit too pricey he called the office to help me out. No hard sell he was very courteous and professional. I would recommend total chimney in the future.
The service men arrived promptly at 8:00am. Are professional & knowledgeable. They did a great job cleaning my fireplace insert and inspected the chimney, took pictures & recommended repairs. Everything was covered as soon as they arrived. This was the cleanest service that I have experienced. I would definitely recommend this Company.
Josh and Wilson showed up on time and we're very professional introducing themselves to us & got straight to work after I showed him where the chimneys were and did very thorough job in about an hour and 10 or 15 minutes! They were very professional with their cleanup & conscientious about everything. They presented themselves very well and were very knowledgeable. We will hire these guys again in a second! In fact we even asked for an estimate for repointing our chimney on top of the roof. I highly recommend their service and pricing was excellent!
Mike and Mike were awesome. They cleaned both the fireplace chimney and utility flue. They laid down tarps while cleaning so there was no mess. We were definitely surprised at how much stuff dropped down when they swept the chimney. They were great at explaining the system and how to maintain it (we are new to wood burning fireplaces). Our utility flue is deteriorated, so they suggested a lining system and explained the cost and benefits of it well.
The technicians were on time, courteous and professional. Before they started they took great care to protect our floors and rugs and got right to work. After the inspection they gave us several options, and we chose to have the insert removed. They left us with a working fireplace and even took the old insert away. This was not the first time we used Total Chimney Care and highly recommend them.
