I had been looking for someone to reface our chimney which was falling apart so I contacted Top Notch. The representative came and took measurements, offered suggestions and showed pictures of their work. He was very professional, well spoken and exactly the type of person you want to manage the work you want done at your home. We decided to ask him his thoughts regarding our front porch and railings which were in need of help! He explained everything that needed to be done in detail. We decided to go with this company and this was the best choice ever. Our porch and railing are beautiful! The chimney looks outstanding and everyone who passes by comments on how great the house looks now! The workmanship is wonderful; the people doing the job were very nice and very professional! Simple plan: take the chimney halfway down, replace the top with matching brick. Midway through, Ramon's crew called. The bricks weren't bonded. Mortar had turned to dust. They could pull it apart by hand. Everything had to come down to the roofline. Classic pivot: bigger job, higher price. Were we being taken? It wasn't outrageous. Mike and his team did a beautiful job with my home. Our home needed a new roof and he made a few suggestions that would give our home a nicer face. We agreed to it and couldn't be happier with the work. The new steps, repairing of chimney, pathway, portico, repairing of siding and replacement of porch columns gave our home the uplift it needed and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.
Top notch 1 did my steps and chimney. They took down the front and back steps and rebuilt them. The chimney was repaired and they installed a best coat masonry coating. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to do the job. I will definitely recommend them😃👏👏
