  really great service. professional, friendly, and very thorough with their chimney sweep work. prices were fair and i felt confident in their honesty. i had another company look at my chimney before and they tried to say there was a big problem and wanted to charge me way too much. then miguel came out, checked everything carefully, and let me know that my chimney was just fine—no issues at all. if you want someone you can trust for chimney cleaning and inspection, this is the team to call. owner runs the business directly, which makes a big difference. definitely five stars.

  Timothy's Chimneys did a fantastic job! Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, and everyone I spoke with was friendly. Miguel came out to my home in Fallbrook to inspect the chimney and let me know about the repairs that should be done. He arrived right on time and was very polite. The prices for the inspection, chimney sweeping, cleaning, installing new chimney caps, and fixing the flashing were all fair. When I'm ready to get the work completed, I will definitely choose them again!

  I am extremely happy with the chimney sweep service I received in Fallbrook. Miguel and his team did an outstanding job repairing, sealing, and preparing my chimney and fireplace for a new insert.
