Great local business with excellent service! Ryan is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My fireplace is now working perfectly again, and he cleaned the entire area inside and beneath, along with leaving the glass clean and looking like new. He gave me good tips to keep the fireplace in working shape. Highly recommend.
Steve Childers and Justin Douglas did an outstanding job on our fireplace mantel installation. They were so careful, covered our furniture, TV and floors. Ryan was extremely helpful, super knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly. We are new to the area and had concerns with our gas fireplace - he provided a tutorial on proper igniting of the unit and properly arranged the artificial logs. He also took the time to inspect our outdoor fire pit and provided tips on care and maintenance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fireplace service.
Ryan and Casey did a great job on the removal and install. They were careful to minimize the exit hole w/o having to tear off siding. They did a great job of explaining how the remote worked. We are very happy with the install. Steve and Justin came the next day and did the framing and backer board. These two are amazing. They did a beautiful job. The enclosure looks neat and professional They covered everything with plastic before starting and vacuumed and wet mopped the floor when done. I have been very pleased with the work done by The Fireplace Store and would recommend them to anyone wanting a new fireplace.
