I can’t say enough good things about this company. Tony and Leo were amazing when it came to finding a style I liked ant a price that worked for me but also worked with my budget they also worked with scheduling. Tyler and Andrew installed my wood insert and did it faster than the time quoted. They kept everything clean around the working area and didn’t leave any mess inside or outside. They explained how to use it since I’ve never had one before and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them with questions. They were super nice and even were super sweet to my animals without being fearful of my big dog who can be intimidating sometimes. I will definitely be using The Fireplace company for all my future needs and maintenance. And I will recommend them to anyone looking for services.
The Fireplace did our inspection when we were buying a home. They were so thorough and told us the fireplace needed to basically be gutted and rebuilt. Tanner was honest and upfront on cost and labor. They came out to do the work and upon taking out the old fireplace they found the wood around had been charred. He knew it was bad during the inspection but proved to me that he was honest and the whole thing really did need to be replaced! I hope one day they incorporate finishing work into their services but I am none the less very happy with their work and honesty. 10/10 would recommend! I included pictures of the old fireplace framing where you can see the charred wood from the last install. And the picture of the beautiful new fireplace! Now to customize the outside! 😍
Technicians arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Removal of old unit and installation of new unit was quick and they completed sooner than they anticipated as the two technicians seemed to work very well together. Would highly recommend The Fire Place
Technician arrived promptly and put on booties before stepping on to the hardwood floor. He was efficient and seemed very competent. He explained the issues and what he did to fix them. He had a needed part with him, so the job was done when he left after explaining the charges.
I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail from the time that I called to get our chimney serviced from the time that they came out and did everything. They did a great job. They even patched up some stuff that was previously done prior to their arrival, and I am beyond thankful that they came in such a pinch. I am really happy both Andrew and Tyler technicians with the fireplace company came out and assisted my mother with her fireplace. Outstanding job and way to keep good business around.
