My mom asked me to post this on her behalf: I was very impressed with the service I received from Texas Chimney. I called on Sunday to get my fireplace worked on in hopes to be on there list for Monday. Just to find out they work on Sunday, which was a nice surprise since we were expecting cold weather that week. They were able to come out Sunday afternoon and by dinner time we had a fire in our fireplace. We will be using them and recommending them to friends going forward!
Texas Chimney LLC did a great job of fixing my chimney crown, replacing the cap and sweeping. The price was also reasonable. The work they were to do was thoroughly explained to me and I did not need extra work that other people quoted me. They have a good warranty, there was good communication with staff and they were on time. I will be using them in the future for my chimney needs.
