After two other companies couldnt fix the firebox panels that were crumbling over the weekend, I was really stressed out with the kids running around. Luckily, The Chimney Pros came through and rebuilt the whole firebox. Now it feels sturdy again, and honestly, it’s one less thing I have to stress about keeping the house safe for my family.
The Chimney Pros swapped out my crushed flex hose for a solid metal one today. The dryer vent is clear and working much better now. No more worries about clogging or damage. Everything feels safer and runs smoothly after the replacement.
The chimney pros showed up a few days ago and put a new heatshield on my chimney. It was starting to get really hot around the top and now it feels way safer. They did a solid job and didn’t take long at all. Glad I got it done because the heatshield is working perfectly now.
So impressed with how clean my chimney is now! They swept out all the soot and creosote this morning. Took about an hour and didn’t leave a mess. I can already tell the fire burns better. Definitely happy with how it turned out and would call them again for sure!
