Extremely professional and nice!! He explained exactly what he was going to do and did the service requested: clean and inspection. My fireplace hadn't been used since 1998 and maybe a decade prior. He told me what immediate repairs that needed done to make it non-usable safe, AND how we can do them affordably. He explained why the fireplace can not be used in its current condition and some fun ways to dress it up as a non-working fireplace. I highly recommend him!!!!
The folks who run this business are professional, courteous, patient and just damn good people to work with. Reiner was a delight and so was his team we communicated with online. Reiner and Andrea are amazing! They were both communicative, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Our chimney chase cover sprung a leak but within 2-3 weeks Reiner was able to install a custom-made replacement in stainless steel. He is deeply knowledgeable about his craft and it is apparent in both his communication and the quality of the final installation. I wish more contractors were like this and they are absolutely my go-to for recommendations for chimney repairs!
