Excellent service from The Chimney Kings! They cleaned my chimney and did some repair work for a great price. Kfir and his team were professional and reliable, I highly recommend them!
Kfir took care of everything we needed at at a decent price. He was very responsive and respectful. He made sure to keep everything clean and always asked before doing anything.
I had the Chimney Kings come out to inspect my gas fireplace and chimney just for the season and because I’ve never had it inspected before. The “inspection” only involved me turning on the fire place and nothing else. The technician said it was good to go other than it needing a cleaning. When I asked if there could be a gas leak, he basically said there wasn’t based off of there being no smell/odor of gas…even though the fireplace was only on for at most 30 seconds. I always get two companies to come out to see if they come to the same conclusion and another company had reported I had a gas leak that needed to be addressed. Not sure which company is telling the truth at this point. Regardless, they quoted me $299 for the cleaning. This price dropped down to $199 after I had told them I was still looking around for other quotes. When I said I was still going to look around, they brought up that there was a $99 inspection fee. Again, the “inspection” just involved me turning on the fireplace. The technician was here probably about 20 minutes. Moreover, an inspection fee was never brought up at all when scheduling the appointment. Their website (see photo) literally says free inspections. Admittedly, $199 is probably the cheapest I’ll get for a fireplace and chimney cleaning, but out of principle and what seems to be some shady business practices, I will not be conducting business with them. I would recommend people take caution if pursuing business with this company.
Kfir was awesome! We were in desperate need of a chimney chase cap. We are building a new house and had water coming in, potentially doing a lot of damage, so we were in a hurry. Kfir responded quickly and came out to do an inspection and provide an estimate. He was professional and informative. He was able to get a chimney chase cap manufactured and installed within days and at a competitive price. We are so grateful and will definitely recommend Kfir and The Chimney Kings to anyone who needs these services.
The Chimney Kings did such a great job cleaning and inspecting our chimney. He had lots of great feedback on how we could care for the inside and outside of our chimney as well as recommendations for what we might be able to fix on our own. Highly recommend!
