Eric and Aaron were professional and efficient with their initial evaluation! The company is great with communication and very helpful with difficult jobs! The end results were beautiful and maintained the integrity of the structure. Their text communications, email statements and estimates and receipts with photos are also amazing

The Chimney Guys did a fantastic job of installing a new Chase cover for our chimney. They explained before hand what was going to be done and answered all questions. After they had completed the installation, they explained what was done, showed pictures of the completed work, and answered any questions. Darin and his partner (I forgot his name) were both very professional. I very highly recommend The Chimney Guys!
Eric and Robert are incredibly nice and very patient. They answered ALL my many questions more than once (smile). I am a senior and I have found in the past few years customer service is not at ALL what it once was 30 to 40 years ago. I did take up a lot of their time, however, they remained nice, patient and very respectful. I, too, appreciated their time here today. My many thanks to Eric and Robert and keep up the good work!
