Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They came to do a Level 2 inspection, but because they couldn't do much for my very old fireplace but tell me it's unsafe to use (125 year old house has an outdated fireplace) they took it down to a Level 1. Great guys would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
