Cannot recommend TAG enough for fireplace/chimney work. They weren’t the cheapest bid but absolutely no regrets. Fireplace had a permanent creosote/smoky smell after a fire. Jon did a thorough inspection (after another company said there were no issues) and pointed out all the reasons we had the smell. Promised me that his work would fix it and it 100% did. Jon and his crew (Jason & Jack) were in our house everyday for 2-3 weeks and were a pleasure to have. Very respectable, did their best to make their presence feel minimal, great at explaining where they were in the process, & accommodating of last second changes to the design plans. 10/10 would hire again. TAG recently replaced our air conditioning system. The entire process, from initial consultation to final installation, was handled with professionalism and expertise. They ensured we were informed of all our options, and which one was the best option. The installation team was punctual, courteous and respectful of our home. TAG has serviced both our gas and air conditioning systems for years. Our experience with them has been very good. I would recommend TAG to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We have used TAG at our former home in Shirley and have continued with TAG here at our Lunenburg home. All services experienced over the years, every employee encountered for services, including office staff and the Chimney division shows the professionalism that the TAG Team provides to its customers! We used TAG for PM services on our mini-splits for the first time and services provided by Mario were outstanding both in service, clean-up and response to our questions! Significant reliability issues. Scheduled an appointment with them about two weeks in advance to install mini splits / Mass Save upgrades. On the morning of my appointment they called 90 min before my scheduled appointment to ask if they could arrive 45-60 min early. When I wasn’t available to meet them, they cancelled and rescheduled to the following week. Called them the morning of my appointment to confirm arrival and they said that they had no record of us scheduling an appointment. Took off work two different times to work around their schedule without even getting someone to show up at my house. I would avoid if you’re looking for a reliable company.
