Mark gave us excellent and super friendly service. He offered a lot of info and advice, making sure to answer any questions we had. The work quality was great and he went the extra mile! Our house didn’t come with a fireplace. Paul and his crew did an awesome job working off of our exact plans to build us this incredible wood burning fireplace. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome outcome. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Not only that but they’re honest. They took some money off the final bill because they didn’t use some sections of pipe from the original bid. I wouldn’t have known had they not said anything. That alone speaks volumes about why you should pick this company. Would highly recommend.
If you've missed what it means to have great service... keep reading! I had the pleasure of having my chimney thoroughly inspected by the owner of the company! My technician had a family emergency and the owner, at the end of my appointment window, personally came out this evening in his place. Paul was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He even felt compelled to give me an extreme discount for my inconvenience. I've used them before and was pleased with the workmanship and I will definitely be using them again... as soon as I get my estimate. Fairness and honesty, nice to know those qualities still exist.
Best in the business. I’ve recommended them to literally everyone that’s ever brought up chimney issues they’ve had. They are very good and going over all your issues and what the best cost effective solution is. I’m always worried about contractors trying to upsell me or take advantage but no , these guys were fair and did and amazing job. They added metal around the top to keep the squirrels and rodents out and made it look nicer. Hardy board all the way
