I'm working with Sweepnman right now to have a wood insert installed. My installer, Shaun, has been really great. From the time he showed up, he was transparent and clear on what he would be doing. Roger, the project manager not only came out to our home, explained exactly what needed to be done for the install and gave us a quote for the total job, but he also returned to make sure we were happy with the job. The install team of Pedro and Jake were professional, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. They were neat, clean and did a great job. Wonderful service and great experience all around! I would highly recommend them.
The company was very responsive and a great job installing a new chimney liner and connection to the furnace. They also kept the work area neat so that there was literally no mess at all at the end of the day. The job turned out to be a little less complicated than they thought at the time of the estimate and they were completely amenable to adjusting the price downward because of it. I appreciate their work and would absolutely recommend them. The only surprise was that the warranty on the new liner requires and annual inspection in order to stay valid, which is an annual expense that I did not know about.
Stan and Mark were the ultimate professionals in sweeping and inspecting the chimneys of my childhood home.
