  outstanding service from start to finish with the chimney sweep team! their online scheduling system is simple to use, and i liked getting text updates and easy invoicing. everyone i spoke with was knowledgeable, clear in their communication, and paid close attention to detail. from the first visit by dale, who gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done, to follow-up discussions about the project and pricing with camden, and the on-site work handled by zachary and his crew, everything was handled very well. they took care of flue re-lining, refreshed my gas logs, and replaced the chimney crown at my home in sun city west. i'm really happy with how clean they left everything and how focused they are on making customers happy. i’ll definitely call them again for my regular chimney inspections and recommend them to anyone needing chimney sweep services!
