  Howard came out to check if we needed a new chimney cap, but after a thorough inspection, let us know everything looked good. He also checked our smoke alarms and fire extinguishers, recommending new extinguishers and took the time to show us how to use them safely. Howard explained the dark stains on our chimney bricks were from water but said no repairs were needed right now. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all our questions and making sure we understood everything. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use Superior San Jose Chimney Cleaners again for our chimney needs.

  We recently had our two wood-burning fireplaces inspected and cleaned by a chimney sweep company in San Jose. Howard and the team were very professional and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to walk us through each step of the chimney cleaning process and kept us updated as they went along. During the inspection, they found some safety concerns that had been there since the house was built, which we really appreciated them pointing out. We’ve tried other chimney sweep services before, but none matched the attention to detail, great communication, and enthusiasm that Howard’s team showed. We give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

  Ryan, Brent, Devin, and the rest of the chimney sweep team did an outstanding job helping us get our fireplace and chimney back in shape. As first-time homeowners, we had no idea where to start since our chimney needed a lot of work to be safe and usable. We got quotes from a few places, but this team was the only one who could take care of everything we needed at a fair price. They really went above and beyond, completely restoring our fireplace and chimney. They also installed a new system so we could finally get rid of a woodstove that wasn’t set up right before. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure we felt comfortable with all the work, especially with everything going on lately. The crew answered every question we had and took the time to explain how to take care of our new setup. When we started using our fireplace again, we had a minor downdraft issue, but they responded quickly and helped us solve it right away. On top of being experts at what they do, they were friendly and easy to work with. We definitely plan to have them back for regular chimney sweeping and maintenance. Highly recommend this team!
