  We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Superior Peabody Chimney sweeps, and I would strongly advise against using them due to both the poor quality of their work and customer service. We were looking to bring two chimneys back into working condition. We needed some bricks patched in one firebox, one firebox replaced, a new damper, and both chimneys cleaned. We paid a good amount of money for this work, and ultimately we got: - Bad communication: For both the inspection and repair, the team arrived several hours late and with just 15 minute heads up. Both times, I thought they had ghosted since I had tried to confirm their arrival times and had not heard from them. - Quality of job: The quality of their work was really disappointing. Despite indication we would have the same brick as was previously in our fireplace, we did not. Our replaced firebox looks entirely different and is frankly not even level/straight. There is an excess of concrete around the perimeter instead of nice brick edging. For the minor repairs of our upstairs firebox, they simply splashed cement on the black painted fireplace, so now the it has blotches of grey cement on it they didn't paint over. Corners were cut by Superior Peabody left and right. - Incomplete job: They never ended up installing our damper or cleaning the downstairs chimney despite us paying for it and reaching out several times to schedule it (calling/texting the manager, calling the customer service) over the past 6 weeks now. - Regard of our house/items: Several items of ours were broken (shovel) or went missing (sweeper/pan). There was also cement splatter outside on our deck and patio furniture that had to be scrubbed down several times. The only reason I would give them a 2 star (instead of 1) is their pricing was competitive and they were a trustworthy crew. However, I wish I paid a bit more money to have the job complete and done with integrity.

  Superior Peabody Chimney Sweeps did a fantastic job when they cleaned and repaired both my chimneys, and they also installed a new liner. Sebastian and Jared were very professional, on time, and really knew what they were doing. The team made sure everything was spotless and safe before leaving, and I appreciate how friendly and hardworking they were. If you need trustworthy chimney sweep services in Peabody, I highly recommend using them. I’ll definitely call again for any future chimney maintenance or repairs.

  Conner did an excellent job sweeping my chimney and was helpful the whole time. He worked quickly and left everything spotless, finishing up in under two hours. He also explained the best ways to keep my fireplace in good shape, like what kind of wood to use and how often to schedule a cleaning. Conner took extra time to show me how to use the cast iron insert in my basement, so now I can keep my home cozy all winter.
