Leonard was our chimney sweep, and he was fantastic. He arrived right on time, was very friendly and polite, and kept everything neat and tidy. Leonard took extra care with our chimney, treating it as if it were his own, and handled every challenge that came up with a great attitude. Even when he needed extra tools or had to go up and down the ladder multiple times, he never once complained. After the sweeping, Leonard made sure to clean up thoroughly and took the time to explain in simple terms what he did and how to keep our chimney in great shape. Now our fireplace works perfectly and we don't have smoke in the house anymore. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family. Every time I use my fireplace now, I'm grateful for such a professional job. They really are the best!

  I had a fantastic experience with Superior Newark Chimney Sweeps from beginning to end. Zachary was very helpful with scheduling and making sure everything was set up smoothly. Leonard and the rest of the team were wonderful—very respectful of my home and made sure to keep everything clean while working. They stayed late to finish my chimney sweep and inspection in just one day. When they found some extra repairs were needed inside the wall, they quickly figured out a solution and took care of it without any hassle. They needed an extra part to finish installing my new rain cap, but came back the next day to complete the job with no problem at all. Dale did the final inspection and was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently explained the work that was done and gave me useful tips for maintaining my chimney and keeping it in good shape. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend them for any chimney sweep needs!
