Fast, reliable, and professional! I'm very happy I went with Superior Chimney. I had a cap that was not installed correctly (four blocks with mortar slapped on top) and they were able to replace it with a proper concrete pour. Nick explained the issue very clearly and the install crew did a wonderful job.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Their communication was excellent. They called the day before to confirm the window, checked in again the day of with an updated timeframe, and let us know when they were on the way. Super personable and easy to have in our home. They cleaned out a very grimy chimney in our new house, found a few issues, and walked us through everything clearly. The two gentlemen that arrived were friendly, knowledgeable, and very concerned about keeping things clean while working. When the inspection and cleaning was completed, they thoroughly explained any issues found but did not pressure me or try to upsell me anything. These guys will be my routine maintenance team for sure! The Team arrived on time and within their call ahead window. They were knowledgeable and educated me as well along the way. They wore protective booties into my home and laid down protective equipment in my home before beginning work (which I did appreciate). They made sure to let me know about my options for repair and were able to complete all of my repairs same day so I could immediately begin using my fireplace!
