Awesome company! Called to get my liner taken out. Mike tried to talk me through it at no cost. I still couldn’t get it so they came over and got it out in 15 minutes. They were able to get there in two weeks and were super nice and helpful. 100% recommend. The guys who came were great and even helped out my neighbor.
I called Mike as I was told that I needed a new flue for my boiler; and that my chimney needed repair. Mike set up an appointment promptly for Mario to come out and look at the job. Hired them to do chimney waterproofing. Best thing I ever did! They had another job in another town so was told they would come between 2 and 4. They came around 1:30. Mario was great. Very respectful. Waterproofed both our chimneys and repaired some cracks in both. We have finally found our go to company after past bad experiences. Upon hearing how happy I was with them my husband said he doesn't want to go anywhere else!
Very respectable and honest company. I had them come out after a different company told me I needed to replace my damper and chimney cap. Strictly chimney informed me that the damper was working fine and did not need replaced. They could have taken advantage of me but were very honest about it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for work on their chimney
Great service, extremely professional and prompt! After having Creative Masonry not show up for an appointment to replace my chimney cap, I called Strictly Chimneys. That same afternoon a crew came by and had the new cap installed in less than 30 minutes. They cleaned up their site, were helpful and really nice. On top of everything else, Mario charged much less than I was quoted by Creative Masonry. I'm so happy I worked with Strictly Chimneys!
