  Do not use this company. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Within days of installing a brand-new stove and chimney, our roof began leaking with water pouring directly onto the stove and floor. The installer later admitted he never sealed the chimney cap. After a follow-up visit, we were told it was fixed. It wasn’t. During the next rain, the leak returned. When we called again, they had no record of this issue. We rearranged our work schedules to accommodate another visit, but they showed up hours late. This time we were told they originally used the incorrect sealant. Once again, they claimed it was fixed, yet now it's leaking a third time. We never had a single issue before they touched our chimney. Now we’re dealing with ongoing leaks, potential damage, and total incompetence. They also scratched our brand-new Trex decking during install and even asked us to help them move out the old stove because they didn’t bring enough people. No accountability. No apology. Totally dismissive. We’re now paying another company to fix their mistakes. This has been infuriating and completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Nate Lobato was very knowledgeable about our new wood stove and he and Josh arrived early, finished up early, cleaned up and made the entire area look brand new. They stayed at the end to provide teaching until I understood the process well. I appreciated their support and patience. I would definitely use Stove Depot again, and would highly recommend Nate for install and Josh for assistance. They were a great team. Our salesman, Abel, was also extremely helpful. He showed up for our estimate and guidance the same day we called, when other stores locally stated they were 2-3 months out. Excellent work by all.

  Our fireplace insert hasn’t worked for years. We shopped all around town and in the big box stores for a new one. We quickly discovered we would be in over our heads if we attempted this DIY project. We ended up at Stove Depot and found exactly what we were looking for. Stove Depot has a large selection of inserts, among other fireplace related products. Abel was so great at hearing our needs/wants and respecting our budget while helping us select the perfect insert for our home. The crew also worked with our last minute decision (1 days notice) to add a hearth and raise the insert. They did a phenomenal job. While Stove Depot does offer full service, with installation and upgrading the mantel, we opted to do the upgrades ourselves after the installation. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for better service. We are so pleased with the end result. Thank you, Abel and Stove Depot! Our fireplace is now a beautiful centerpiece in our living room.

  Great Company. Very professional and helped us to figure out if a fireplace insert would work with what we had in our house. Their installation team was also very professional and went over things with me. We absolutely love our wood burning fireplace and would definitely recommend this company for your heating needs.   I am very impressed with this company. Everything was first class. Abel helped with the sales process and was awesome at following up. Bryce, Nate and crew did an awesome job with the installation and Abel followed up with this part as well. The crew were very courteous and listened to our needs.
