Excellent service. Ray is a true professional and did an excellent job. He came in with plenty of tools to ensure the gas pressure was good, and that there were no gas leaks. He checked the voltage on the electronic pilot, replaced some components, cleaned the fireplace and left the fireplace in great condition. He knows what he is doing and safety is his main concern. Great service!

My gas fireplace needed a full makeover last year and Ray did a superb job of making it look brand new and function better than before. But with my uncanny knack for goofing things up, this year I could only get the pilot light to turn on. Not the full flame. So I contacted Ray who carefully talked me through the process of finding the problem. He patiently waited while I followed each of the instructions. OMG. Within 10 minutes the flame was heating my house and problem was solved. Ray rescued me once again. He diagnosed the part needing attention and told me how to fix it. It was a step I was forgetting. Bottom line, he fixed it in no time. In his professional manner he kindly explained the process and now the fireplace is happy and warm. And so am I. I cannot thank Ray and Somri Home Services enough. I am one pleased customer who recommends him without reservation. Thank you, Ray.
Very happy with Somri Home Services! Ray was the technician both times. He first came out to my previous home to sweep chimney and address fireplace issues the home inspector found, and after I moved, I called them again for my new home.
