The experience with this company was awesome. They came after a storm here in Wisconsin and got right to work to fix my chimney and put a brand new wood stove and they know how to work and get the job done. Kudos to all the crew especially Jeremy that took time with us and explained everything I would say I’d have to give him a 10+ and the price was right.
Thank you smokestacks for sending us Romel to do the inspection in sweep of our chimney. I hope I spelled his name right! He was very very polite and did a wonderful and beautiful job of first of all laying down Mats and tarps and blankets so as to not soil our Carpeting; and really worked very hard. and He did a thorough cleaning of the chimney, checked the flu and all the components inside and out high and low. I can and will very much recommend Smoke Stacks to our friends and family!

Eric, the Owner, came out promptly to assess a leak around our Lannon stone chimney. He was very professional and provided very reasonable explanation of what the possible cause is. He did not try to oversell his services and even recommended DYI solutions to try first. I was very confident in his expertise. Highly recommend just based on our interaction.
Demario and Romell arrived on time, were both professional and helpful throughout a chimney inspection. After a very enlightening discussion in which a number of options were discussed, we are moving forward with a project. Both are very experienced and great to deal with. Can't talk to the quality of the company's work, but based on our first experience with Romell and Demario we are confident moving forward. Smokestacks completed the project in time for us to enjoy a new fireplace insert with repairs to our chimney making us confident we can safely use the insert.
