Great experience all the way! Blake came out and did a thorough inspection of our chimney and logs. Our home is over 40 years old and the chimney definitely needed some attention. He was able to pinpoint the specific areas that needed to be addressed for us to have everything able to function safely. During the inspection, cleaning and the repair process, our home was kept clean. I was concerned about soot getting on our rug and furniture but Blake assured me that they had the equipment to keep things clean and that they would take great measures to protect our home during the whole process. They did! Blake and his assistant were professional all the way. They answered all of our questions and took time to explain everything to us. We are very happy with the work done! We are excited to be able to use our logs and chimney safely now! Thank you Blake and the Smoke Alert team!

I compared Smoke Alert's services to another big name fireplace/chimney company in Charlotte, and Smoke Alert was able to schedule an appointment more quickly, for cheaper, and with more services. They cleaned our our dryer vent and got our gas fireplace working again. Nick was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and explained everything thoroughly when he was finished, including going over fire safety recommendations for our home.
