I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. James was friendly and explained the entire process before he began the job. When he finished he showed me pictures of everything on the roof that was defective or in need of repair. I recommend them for your gutter cleaning.
Kevin and Calvin did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters. It had been awhile since I had them cleaned and they were in pretty bad shape. They cleaned up the debris to my total satisfaction. They were very professional and courteous. The price was very competitive and fair. Shelter Guard will definitely be my go to company for my gutters in the future.

I am now posting this because enough time has passed and it is clear the owner is not going to pay me what he owes me. My experience working for this company was extremely frustrating. The entire operation felt unorganized, with schedules, communication, and expectations constantly shifting and rarely handled professionally. In my personal experience, it seemed like the owner structured everything around doing as little as possible, which left employees without the support, guidance, or systems needed to actually make money. The earnings he described during hiring were very different from what was realistically achievable, and I was never paid everything I earned. It also appears that many of the 5-star reviews come from new hires who haven’t been there long enough to see these issues. I wish someone had been upfront about the reality before I accepted the job.
