Jayden and Donny presented them self's in a polite and professional manner. Inspection was fair and honest. They explained and pointed out key issues, answered my questions. They presented options and provided key information. Both are very good tech's and have a high skill set. I'm very pleased with the service and invite them to return on all my future inspections. They were quick to respond to my email for service information. On time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had never had a dryer that vented up through the roof, so when it needed cleaning I needed a roof climber. They cleaned out a surprising amount and I thanked God we hadn’t had a fire. Will use Shane’s again.
Shane was awesome- explained the problems with my fireplace. I will have to pay another $200 to come and re- do the estimate when I may have some money. Great service. Very friendly and personable!
Blaine and Eric were very personable and professional. They shared photos and inspection report before they left. They answered all my questions and the visit was very informative. Michael and his assistant advised me they were running a little late but they got right to work when they arrived and were finished very quickly with the chimney cap. It looks good.
Jayden was very knowledgeable, polite and explained everything in detail. Great experience! I will highly recommend Shane’s for all your chimney work. He identified serious defects that occurred during construction and gave recommendations to repair our chimney. I could not be happier with the service.
