Juan did a great job. He was on time, and worked diligently. He cleaned up after himself and (other than the fireplace looking better than it did when he arrived) you could not tell he was even here.
Carlos from Service Monkey arrived right on time and did a great job of cleaning our chimney. He was very careful to avoid getting any ash into our cabin. We have used Service Monkey for several years to sweep our chimney and have always been happy with their service. Highly recommend!
Service Monkey replaced an old gas log set and did an excellent job— they were concerned about safety and quality, thoroughly cleaned the fireplace, answered my questions and even painted my screen— all for a reasonable price. The people in the office who scheduled appointments were also great. Carlos, the owner is very customer service oriented. Terrific experience!
Service Monkey is great. Carlos did a fantastic job converting two wood fireplaces to Mendota gas units and Alexis in the office was superb working with us on all the paperwork, payments, and ordering. Overall, Service Monkey delivered on time, on budget, and it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using this vendor.
The first thing I liked when our service technician arrived to clean and inspect our fireplace was that he took his shoes off and spread a mat to cover and protect our carpet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services.
