The installation teams during our fireplace installation were absolute professionals. Everyone worked as a team and took pride in their work product. There knowledge was above board. They work efficiently and effectively. The attention to detail was spot on. All work prioritized cleanliness during and after each install milestone. The results, as you can see in the picture, are outstanding in every way. It looks as though it was built as a part of the original construction. Our serviceman, Jake, arrived and got right to work cleaning our has fireplace. He explained what he was doing and finding; showing me how to turn off the gas if needed. Everything checked out and he cleaned the glass door so when he left we had a nice fire going that was visible and warm. We will have the cleaning and inspection done annually, well worth the cost. Thank you Seaside Sweep for sending a knowledgeable and polite young man.
We had two visits from Seaside Sweep for the same issue, but this review is 5-stars because of the attention to detail that Jake had. Both gentlemen were wonderful with their service. It was an older fireplace and Jake made sure everything was correct according to the manufacturer recommendations. Because of this, an extra part needed to be ordered and installed. If you want your fireplace safe, and working, I recommend this company for your the work that you need.
The best!! Honestly, feel very lucky to have had them look at our gas logs. They take fire safety very seriously with high resolution photography our our chimney and carbon minoxide testing along with a total redo of embers and placement of logs. Highly recommend!!
Every part of the process was easy. Making the appt, the follow up from them, and also the professionalism of their fireplace repair man. The only issue I have is that I didn’t know, nor did they ask what brand my fireplace was. So it was $140 just for the safety check, and to find out that they don’t deal with the brand fireplace I have. Now I have to find a place that sells the brand of fireplace that I have. Their replacement has fireplaces are very expensive.
