I bought a house from the 80s that sat for 12 years and was fully renovated before moving in.. we have an original wood-burning fireplace, so we had Sandhills Chimney Service come out to inspect it and fix it up a bit before being deemed safe to use. Fast-forward a few months, we were smelling something musty coming from the fireplace and called them out to see what it was- they were here within a few short days, explained everything to me and cleaned the whole fireplace and chimney…I’ve never seen it shine so bright! Between the detailed report and the time spent making sure I knew what to look for, why this happened and how they fixed it, I’ll never work any other company.. Sandhills Chimney Service is the only number I’ll be calling for my fireplace. Thank you guys for giving me peace of mind!!!
What a great experience. From the customer service in making the appointment work for my schedule, down to the services provided.. all around great service and information. I had my chimney cleaned and the vent on the outside reattached. They even went in my roof to check out the state of the top stone. They took photos of it and sent it to me to keep and compare over time. I would recommend this company over all others in the areas certainly! Thanks again!
