  Eda and James came in on Thanksgiving Day and did a thorough work!!! They are so professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable. They educated me on this air system. I don’t own this house and this belongs to my partner’s mom. The last time they cleaned air duct and dryer duct was 10+ years ago. There was fungus all over. No wonder my child developed asthma!!! Use Sai Air for your clean air. You deserve the best service and Sai Air will give you!! I am just sooo grateful to Eda and James for their awesome work!

  While the crew was friendly and pleasant, my overall experience with the duct cleaning service was a 2 out of 5. I believe there are several areas where improvements could be made to enhance professionalism. Technician Training - Initial Assessment Technicians should first evaluate the vents and ductwork before making any holes. In my case, there were existing openings where the vacuum could have been attached without creating additional holes and patches. - Customer Communication: It would be more professional if technicians explained the process to the homeowner, including pictures with how dusty the system is - Duct Dampers: Several duct dampers were in a semi-closed position. These could have been identified and fully opened during the initial walkthrough. Post-Cleaning Observations: - Missing Plug: One of the four holes made was left without a plug. - Residual Dust and Dirt: There was noticeable dust and dirt remaining that should have been vacuumed after cleaning. - Incomplete Cleaning: The last accessible branch of the return duct was left partially dusty. - Missed Sanitation: I was informed that sanitation was included in the price, but this service was not performed during or after the cleaning. Not professional duct cleaning all the dust from supply and returns ia blown from the top down im my case was missed the middle portion of the ducts (attaching the picture with debris) Office Staff I appreciate the pleasantness of your office staff over the phone. However, there is a need for better communication and tracking of appointments. I had an initial appointment scheduled for Sunday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM that resulted in a no-call, no-show. This caused a significant delay in my sealing project and schedule. I wrote an email to the company with same feedback no response Do not waste the $ Not professional!

  Eda did an amazing job in my home. The before and after pictures are insane. We can already tell a difference. I felt comfortable with them and even when I wanted to shop around they told me the questions to ask other companies to ensure I was being taken care of. Truly a great experience.

  Sai Air Duct Cleaning Services did an excellent job. MJ and Hitesh were professional, friendly, and worked hard even on a chilly day. They went above and beyond, putting in extra effort to thoroughly clean the dryer vent as well. I’m very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

  I recently used Sai for both duct cleaning and chimney cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, both David and Sean were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, explained every step of the process, and made sure to protect my home while they worked. The difference in air quality after the duct cleaning was noticeable — I believe our system is now running more efficiently, and my home just feels fresher. The chimney cleaning was excellent as well. They ensured everything was cleaned safely, checked for any potential issues, and even offered helpful advice for maintaining the chimney throughout the year. I also appreciated the many before-and-after photos they shared, which clearly showed how much this cleaning was needed. We hadn’t done this service in several years, and since they recommended doing it every two years, I plan to schedule future cleanings with the same company and the same team.
