The crew did an excellent job rebuilding and installing our new stove and chimney. The craftsmanship is top-notch, especially the stonework—they really set a high standard. We’re extremely pleased with the results and can’t wait to enjoy it even more once the snow starts falling outside.

Look at BBB reviews 1st!!! Called mid October and set up an appointment for early November. They said they would be here at 10am. No one showed and no one reached out until mid afternoon when they called to reschedule. We set an appointment for November 14th and they no showed again. I left voice mails, sent a text and also an email. No response until @ noon when they called to reschedule again. Highly disappointed I took time off work to be here. The "Owner" just called me and threatened to review my place of employment using my name as retaliation. If I would of checked out all the poor reviews on other sites I never would have wasted my time with them.
Safer Chimney did 2 of my remodels by installing new wood stoves and full chimney rebuild s on a couple of my renovations. They pulled all the necessary permits and worked with the state of Idaho on passing them. Pricing was upfront along with photos. Plus, they an idaho based company. Thanks again! Highly recommend!!
