I had chimney sweep service done on 01-12-2026. I must say, this was done well, done with care, and went the extra mile to clean things that I would not have expected. Having been here for over 30 years, and having not really used the fireplace more than a handful of times, I have it in case there is an extended power outage and can keep the house warm enough to prevent pipe bursts. But the thing is, he was punctual. He is local. He is personable, like talking to a friend vs. some random guy. he took the cleaning to the highest level and went above and beyond. He even cleaned up the fireplace tools that were there, covered in dust. I'm sick and not doing the kind of cleaning I would like to do, the dust was built up. He took the time to clean up everything around the fireplace. It was an area I had not touched since my wife passed away a few years ago. But now that the chimney is cleaned and I was able to get the junk out of the way so it can be used, it gives the area a renewed look. He got the glass doors to look like they have never looked in the 30 years I have been here. Never looked like that and it looks so nice! Feel good about the fact that I'll be able to use it if I need it, and will satisfy the HOA requirements for chimney cleaning, even though I don't really use the fireplace. Funny thing, I used this guy some years ago, like maybe 8-10 years ago when my mother in law's house had to have the chimney certified so the house could be sold when she passed. He remembered me, and he remembered doing the service. Now, would I remember? Ummmm, I hate to say it but I didn't right away. He's the right guy for the job, and if he remembers his customers after all that time, I'd say that is pretty good! Would I recommend him? 100% yes!
Jonathan has cleaned/fixed my family’s chimney multiple times, and we have been happy to return as customers year after year! He is very thorough and knowledgeable, and does amazing work.
