  the crew did a fantastic job cleaning and fixing the chimney at my place. they started with a really detailed inspection and gave me a clear, itemized quote with photos on their first visit. even though they had to order a special chase cover and custom chimney parts, the wait was short and they actually started the repairs sooner than i expected. everyone was super friendly, professional, and always ready to answer my questions. they were always on time and even called or texted before coming over to confirm the appointment. a big shout out to dillon, michael, and isaiah for their hard work and helpful attitude. now i can enjoy my fireplace worry-free, especially since it gets cool in the evenings here. really appreciate the great chimney sweep service!
