  Our house was built in 95 with a synthetic stucco front. There were many issues related to the way this product was applied and the previous owner had received a settlement related to a class action lawsuit. We knew this when we purchased the house in 01 and knew that at some point, we would have to address the issue. During the summer of 20, we decided to remove the stucco, replace the windows and doors, and update the look of the house. We contacted three contractors to get their input and get quotations for the work. We wanted to change the exterior to brick, reconfigure the windows and doors, and add a canopy over the front stoop. One contractor said he only would work with stone, the other two met with us to discuss the project and quote the work. When we got the first proposal from the two contractors Royal Falcon was the only one that had listened to what we wanted, and quoted properly. We met two or three more times to discus possible modifications and how they would affect the price, and we were convinced that Igor was the contractor that would leave us satisfied with the work. My wife made a few changes as the work was done, and Igor always listened, and made sure she was happy. We did not cut corners and are very glad we trusted Royal Falcon to do the work.

  We chose Royal Falcon to update our old wood-burning fireplace and turn it into a modern gas burner. Our home is from the 1950's and the fireplace was for the most part still from that original era. Igor and his crew at Royal Falcon were meticulous on the attention to detail required to turn our dated fireplace into the now focal point of the room. The prep work that was done ahead of time to contain the dust and mess were more thorough than I anticipated, and the final result was equally better than expected while being at a fair price. Igor was't the highest cost estimate we received, nor was his the lowest, but if you want an exceptional value for high quality work, then they are the company to chose. There's a saying in business that goes "You can have things Fast, you can have them fairly priced, and you can have them Exceptionally done but you can only pick two". The phrase is true in a lot of settings, and is so here as well. We elected for Exceptionally Done at a fair price. There was about a month lead time to get the work done, which I suppose in the scope of things wasn't too much of a delay but I wouldn't call it fast. Again, I'd gladly sacrifice a little extra time to get high-end work at a fair price. That's what you get with Royal Falcon.

  We costed out our project with three companies. Royal Falcon won the bid, not because they were the cheapest, but because they presented the best solution for our chimney's issues. They communicated, showed up when they said they would, and we were pleased with the finished product.

  Igor and his team were 2nd to none! They did an incredible job on our wall and fireplace. They are professional and know exactly what they are doing. Communication was great, we would use them again in a heartbeat! Attached is a before and after photo!
