  Even though i usually don't write reviews, i felt like i needed to after our great experience with Ross & Sons Chimney Service. From the start, their communication and fast response really stood out. We needed a chimney inspection and estimate for a house we were about to buy, and their office quickly handled everything and got us the information we needed. After we decided to have the chimney work done, louis was our main contact. he was always polite, answered my questions by text, and kept us updated about when our project would start. The whole process felt smooth and organized. When the team finished the job, we noticed that one section of the chimney had been rebuilt with concrete instead of stone like we had discussed. But this is where they really showed their honesty and care. They immediately let us know it would be fixed for free and offered us a few different ways to make it right. The redo was scheduled quickly, and the final result was exactly what we wanted—our chimney looked fantastic.   We had our prefab fireplace replaced by this chimney sweep company in Dallas, and it was a fantastic experience. Andres and his helper were extremely thorough, careful with their work, and made sure to keep everything tidy.   I had a great experience with my recent chimney sweep service. Louis came out to inspect my old gas fireplace for safety and did a thorough cleaning. He also replaced the old aluminum pipe with a safer stainless steel one and refreshed the firebox by switching out the old vermiculite with lava rock, making everything look and work much better. Louis called ahead and even arrived earlier than expected, which was really convenient for me. He took the time to show me how to safely light the gas fireplace, so now I feel confident using it. The whole process was easy and professional, and my fireplace looks fantastic. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing a knowledgeable and friendly chimney sweep.

  i recently called for a chimney sweep in dallas and was really impressed with the service. the person i spoke with, todd, was super friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about my fireplace. he walked me through a few things I could try myself and explained everything in simple terms. if that didn’t solve my problem, he offered to come out for an inspection at a price better than other places i checked. in a time when good service can be hard to find, this was a great experience. highly recommend for anyone needing chimney cleaning or advice.
