We bought our Blaze King Princess stove from Roof Dancers in 2008, and it’s the best wood stove we’ve ever owned. For decades, we’ve relied on Roof Dancers to clean and maintain our stove and chimney. Everyone from Roof Dancers who has come to our house has been friendly, professional, and careful to protect our home. David, the owner, is terrific and often comes himself. Couldn’t recommend them more!
They say they only do pellet stoves if you bought it from them. That is ridiculous. Also they told me that they had this policy for 5 years when I definitely had them out to clean my pellet stove 2 years ago. Use anyone else.
They wanted to charge us $300 just to come out and give us an estimate and the $300 doesn't even go towards any work done. I'd go back to Phx before I paid one of these companies $300 for an estimate. I wonder why they have a 3.5 rating???
Great guys. Friendly and professional. Lots of times their work requires them to get on roofs (duh), but not for the service I required. But these guys got up on my roof anyway to retrieve a dog toy I'd accidentally tossed up there the day before. I'm very pleased and so is my dog.
Top notch company! From setting the appointment to clean my wood burning stove, to letting me know they were on their way, to the actual cleaning, this company is professional thru and thru! They sweetly explained their process to my overly curious almost 3 yr old son. They even explained way for me to keep things safe when using the stove (I'm a newby to fireplaces and wood burning stoves). Great people, great service, great price! If you need your chimney cleaned there is no one better in Flagstaff.
